The Kansas Small Business Development Center is offering a free workshop, “Selecting a Business Legal Structure”, for businesses and entrepreneurs on Wednesday, March 10, at the Sumner County Economic Development Office, 123 N. Jefferson, Wellington from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM.  Whether you are a sole proprietor, LLC, or a corporation; J. Scott Pohl, with Hinkle Elkouri Law Firm, LLC, will help you understand legal implications before you decide how to structure your business.
